Arnold Ervin, 89, Anderson, passed away March 3, 2012 at Community Hospital, Anderson. He was born March 18, 1922 in Wabash, Indiana, and resided in Anderson most of his life.
Arnold served his country in the US Army. He retired as a service technician from Central Indiana/ Vectren Gas Company.
Arnold was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. He was an avid golfer.
He is survived by his daughter, Vickey Arbogast Don of Anderson; siblings, John Ervin Nancy of Agoura Hills, California and Marilyn Daugherty of Anderson; grandson, Zachary Lierman; several nieces and nephews; childhood friend, Chuck Ravenscroft; and Bobby, Chris, and others who met for coffee at the McDonald’s on Broadway.
A special thank you to the staff at Community Hospital ICU. He was preceded by his parents, John & Dorothy Sailors Ervin; brother, Max Ervin, and sister, Jane Barnard.
