Mrs. Williams was born in Benton, Illinois on November 29, 1923 daughter of the late William Carl & Mable Allyne Moore Specker. She was a owner-operator of the Hobby Shop in Flint MI
Survivors include a son Carl “Butch” (Gayle) Williams of May’s Lick and a daughter Terri Winters-Featherston of Maysville. 6 grandchildren and a sister Lynda Warner of Zepher-Hills, FL.
