It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Arlene Molis, at an assisted living facility on March 29, 2021. Arlene was the ever flowing well spring of love and kindness that nurtured her family. She was born in Niagara Falls, New York on December 24, 1918 to the late Helen and Felix Kluga. She graduated from LaSalle High School. She married Edward Molis in 1941 and they lived happily together for 69+ years. After residing in several cities in New York State and raising three sons, Arlene and Ed relocated to Colorado in 1973. Arlene became an officer of a bank and assisted in bank audits until her retirement in 1985. Arlene enjoyed figure skating with Ed for most of their married life but also enjoyed golfing and exercising well into her mid-nineties.

Arlene had a generosity of spirit that attracted a wide circle of friends drawn to her essential kindness, her positive energy, her calm demeanor and her happy, beautiful smile. She was an excellent listener, a patient and thoughtful adviser and a good friend. Arlene enjoyed traveling with her local friends and traveling to foreign vistas. She also enjoyed Bridge and arranged many delightful dinner parties.

Arlene is survived by her two loving sons, John (Penny) of Peachtree City, GA, Jim (Charlene) of Lakewood, CO, and her three grandchildren, Justin (Debbie), Jennifer (Dan) and Jonathan (Denise).

Arlene will be missed by all who new her. Special thanks to Maria, her loyal caregiver and friend.
