Arlene Cross, 65, died Monday, July 3, 2006 at Pine Meadows in Union Pier, Michigan.Arlene was born October 25, 1940 to Carl and Anna (Melcic) Cross in Chicago, Illinois. She was raised in New Troy and later lived in Niles. Arlene attended Gateway in Berrien Springs, Michigan, where she worked as an assembler. She loved the outdoors – picking grapes and blue berries.
Arlene also enjoyed crocheting, making crafts, and family gatherings.Arlene is survived by her sister, Lil Hankosky of Lansing, Illinois; brother, Charles (Dorothy) Cross of Chesterton, Indiana; sister in law, Antonia Cross of New Troy, Michigan, and many nieces and nephews. Arlene was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marie Carlson; and brothers, Robert, Walter, Gerald, and Eugene Cross.
