April Lyn Hall, 13, of Newnan, passed away on December 7, 2014, at Harbor Grace Hospice Center in Atlanta. She was born April 18, 2001. Although April’s illness made her appear frail, she possessed strength, perseverance, and an ability to overcome incredible odds and physical challenges. With her courage she led us to believe that each day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories. April’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that quality of existence far exceeds the quality of time we shared with her. Her gentle smile could melt the heart of those around her and though she never spoke a word, her voice & thoughts could always be heard. With April’s passing, we remind others that life is one to be celebrated. Though we will miss her every day, she will forever remain in our hearts. April is survived by her loving parents Beth & Joel Hall, sisters, Lauren, Hall, Elizabeth Hall, and Kathryn Hall, Nephew Tristan McCorkle; maternal grandmother Sarah Russell; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Kenneth M. Russell; and paternal grandparents, Jay Dean Hall and Carol Alexander.
