Antonio A. Flores (Tony) went with the Lord on Saturday October 13th at the age
of 91 Great Years. He was a strong, intelligent man. Antonio was born in
Aguascaliente Mexico. Proud when he became a U.S. Citizen, he was a long time
resident of El Rio, over 50 years. He was a “blacksmith” by trade, being able to
fabricate anything and everything made of steel. He and his late wife Isabel,
whom passed away 12 years ago, were the original founders of Tony’s Body Shop.
His legacy lives thru a long time Ventura County business that continues to
operate to this day. His children are: Maria, Jay, Rosie, Veronica, and
Guadalupe. Three of his five children work in the business today. He will long be remembered for he touched the lives of many.
