Anthony passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Covenant HealthCare Cooper at the age of 77 years. Anthony was born in Poughkeepsie, New York on February 19, 1943 to the late Vincent and Elizabeth (DiMaso) Martin. On June 6, 1987 he married the former Dorothy Appold in New York and she survives him. Anthony worked for IBM in Fishkill, NY and BOCES in Poughkeepsie, NY for many years. He was a huge New York Yankees and Giants fan and enjoyed playing and coaching baseball and softball. Anthony also loved cooking and animals.
Surviving are wife, Dorothy; son, Anthony (Sasha) Martin; step children, Courtney (Michael) Goulet, Emily (Robbie) Kochanny and Ryan (Danielle) Bach; grandchildren, Tayne and Tahlia; step grandchildren, Jake, Alina, Delano, Alexandra, and Lucas; sisters, Cecelia (Richard) Anderson and Michele (Rosalee Elson) Martin and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa Beth Martin and sister, Vincentine Martin.
