Anthony “Tony” Charles Spall — ”Bud” as he was known to his family – of San Antonio, TX, passed away on October 9th, 2017. Tony was a former resident of Boerne and Bandera, TX.
Tony was born on July 4th, 1939, in Rochester, New York. He joined the U.S. Army in 1958 and served more than 20 years before retiring.
In 1960, Tony married Donna-Rae Bradfield of Oakland, CA, with whom he had two children. In 1995 he married Doreen Ann Steinhour of Roswell, NM, who precedes him in death, (2015).
Tony is survived by his sister, Mary Ellen Wolfe of Central Square, NY; son, Anthony Christopher Spall, of Roswell, NM; daughter, Vickie-Lee Garza, of Del Rio, TX; stepdaughter, Nancy Roe-Ivey, of Bakersfield, CA; stepson, David Raderstorf, of Orange Park, FL; eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives, to include several foster siblings with whom he was raised.
