Anthony Scott Abrams, age 47, died unexpectedly Monday, Feb. 12, 2007 at his residence on Goodman Ave. in Shelbyville.
A native of Shelby County, KY he was the son of Allene Louise Gilreath and the late Jessie Earl Abrams.
He was a self employed salvage dealer. Our community is a better place as a result of his efforts as he recycled much unwanted material. He will also be remembered for his bicycles.
He is survived by his daughter, Kathy Jo May of Frankfort; a son, Jesse Scott Abrams, of Frankfort; his mother, Allene Butjeric, of Galena Park, Texas; a grandmother, Louise Tracy, of Texas; five sisters Kathy Nation and Teresa Lofton, of Texas, Cheryl Chisholm, of Pleasureville, Judy White, of Indiana and Donna Wright, of Virginia; two brothers, Mike and Steve Rivera of Indiana and one granddaughter, Kadie of Frankfort.
