Mr. Anthony James Piscitelli Sr., age 86, of Milford, beloved husband of 61years to Doris Burke Piscitelli, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2009, at his home.
Son of the late Dominic and Josephine Piscitelli, he was born in New Haven on February 5, 1922. Anthony was a Tool & Die Maker for the Mite Corporation. He was an avid bowler and a member of the Senior Citizen League.
In addition to his wife, he leaves two sons, Mark A. Piscitelli of Stratford and Anthony J. Piscitelli and his wife Susan J. of Wallingford, a daughter, Linda J. Hoagland and her husband David of Milford, and four grandchildren, Mark, Bryan, Melissa, and Haley. He is also survived by two sisters, Ann Gargano and her husband Nick of New Haven and Grace Brasile and her husband Sonny of East Haven, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a grandson, Joseph Piscitelli, and his sisters, Mary Riveccio and Clementine Proto.
