Anthony Dale Helm, 38, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 19, 2022.
Anthony Dale Helm was his own person. He did not conform to what the world saw fit. He was a trendsetter.
Early on, Anthony was doted on by his cousin Sharon Root who played a motherly role in his early life with his mom Monnie Helm. He was always surrounded by friends and family including his sister Ashley, his granny Barbara Jean and all his aunts, cousins, and other family. Anthony was never alone he always had love surrounding him.
Anthony lived by his own rules. He had many interests, hobbies and likes. And for those that knew: some dislikes too. No matter, he gave love in his own way to those around him and stayed as dedicated as he could to those people in his life. He loved all his friends very much. There were not many times that he was without a friend or friends by his side. To know him was to love him. It was easy to love Anthony.
Sharon Root has graciously and generously taken Anthony back under her wing in death as she did when he was born for a loving send off. Sometimes love and life come full circle.
Anthony is survived by his sister Ashley; his best friends Lindsey and Emily; cousin Sharon Root; his nieces and nephews Ocean, Rain, Lyric, Mya, Devonte, Makyla, Kross; his granny Barbara Jean; great-aunts Margaret, Brenda Jo, Sarah Anne, Linda, and Marcia Dean; Nieces and Nephews Ocean, Rain, Mya, Devonte, Makayla, Carter, Braeyden, Payton, Lyric, Kross, Xavier, Samyah; and many extended family members and friends.
Anthony is preceded in passing by his mother Monnie Helm; father Terry Lawless; and great-aunts Annetta and Evelyn.
