Anthony “Tony†Deoca, 81, of Martinsville, VA died on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at his home. He was born on March 6, 1931 in New York City and was raised in White Plains, New York. Mr. Deoca was a past member of the 137th New York Air National Guard; a past member of the Hudson Valley Art and Craft Guild, New York; the Blue Ridge Water Media Society of Waynesville, North Carolina and a volunteer to Hart with the Haywood Arts Repertory. He was the creator of Quail Roost Studio (Mail Order Only) and Art Director, a Commercial Artist and a Graphic Designer and T.V. Story Board Artist. With his Artist wife, he was employed over 30 years in the field of advertising. Surviving is his wife, Margaret Deoca of the home and sister-in-law, Patricia Harmonay of Axton, VA.
