Anne T. Kelly Anne T. Kelly, 92, formerly of Philadelphia (born in Newport, KY), died peacefully on Sunday, December 8, 2013. She was the wife of the late Joseph H. Kaeser, Sr., and the late Francis J. Kelly. Survivors: Robert M. Kaeser, Jeanne Woodcock, 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Anne was predeceased by her son, Joseph H. Kaeser.
