Anne M. DeBiase, 80, of West Haven passed away on January 1 2011. She was predeceased by her husband Vincent R. DeBiase by 24 days. Mother of Patricia DelVecchio, Barbara Heidenis, Suzanne DeBiase, and the late Mary DeBiase, and her beloved cousin Phyllis Fitzpatrick. Grandmother of Ronnie DelVecchio Jr., Chad Heidenis, Stephanie Gibbs, Andrea DelVecchio, Sarah Heidenis and Jonathan Jarvis. Also survived by six great grandchildren. Anne worked for the city of West Haven in the tax collectors office prior to her retirement, she was also past president of the West Haven Italian American Women’s Club.
