AnneRose Toussaint is preceded by death by her husband Philippe Josaphat Toussaint. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She went home to be with the Lord on the evening of March 7th, 2022, at the age of 86. She was born on November 20th, 1935, in Ouanaminthe, Haiti. She left behind her sibling Heribert Francois.

As known by everyone her nickname “Manphi”, was a faithful servant of God. Her mother instilled in her important values such as love, respect, and devotion to God. She followed her mother’s footsteps by instilling in her children the basic life lessons. She loved cooking, sewing clothes, and uniforms for her children. Cooking was her passion and boy could she cook!

AnneRose is survived by her children Philippe P. Toussaint, married to Marie Cecile Honorat. William Toussaint, married to Carmelle Piard, Divine Toussaint, married to Sterlin Charles, and Josee Toussaint, married to Hilton Laforest. Her children-in-law, Marie Cecile Honorat, Sterlin Charles, Carmelle Piard, and Hilton Laforest. She is survived by her sixteen grandchildren, Sapphire Toussaint-Marszalek, Phelps Toussaint, Judy Ann Toussaint, Ann Berth Toussaint, Sidney Phillys Toussaint, Lindsey Milise Toussaint, Gregory Toussaint, Kevin Piard Toussaint, Mahelia Piard Toussaint, Ralph Toussaint, Annouck Toussaint, Diphels Charles, Divensley Charles, Stephie Anne Charles, Hachton Hitajuly Laforest, Julien Laforest, and Junior Laforest. Her great-grandchildren, Harmony Toussaint, Malaya Desiree Fulton, and Cameron Allen Malaki Fulton.

Today, her children and family stand here, tall and proud as recipients of her hard work, discipline, dedication, and perseverance. Our mother has left us a legacy of faith in God. Her life has inspired us and everyone who had the chance to know her. She was an exceptional woman with a heart full of gratitude. We’re going to miss her deeply, but she is in a better place now resting in peace. As we reflect on Jesus Christ, who won the victory by dying and rising again, we can say that “Manphi”, although she has left us, will rise again from death to life with The Father.

To her brother, Heribert François and his wife Mimouse Ziky François, Eugene Francois and Richard Francois. To her sisters, Anne François, Catherine François, and Thomancine François. She has joined them in heaven. To the Toussaint, Honorat, Piard, Charles, Laforest, François, Laguerre, Alphonse families and to all the other relatives and friends affected by this bereavement.
