Mrs. Anna Marie (Lake) Rapp, 91, of West Pike Street, Clarksburg, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at Clarksburg Nursing and Rehab following an extended illness. She was born in Philippi, Barbour County, Janury 8, 1920, a daughter of the late Delbert Clay and Ethel Willett Lake. Surviving are one brother-in-law, Brooks Griffith of Philippi; One niece, Carol Anne Lake and husband Robert Giuffrida of Pittsburgh; one nephew, Lyle B. Griffith and his wife Polly; and one great nephew, Thomas L. Griffith. Mrs. Rapp was preceded in death by one brother Carl C. Lake and one sister; EvaLee Griffith. Mrs. Rapp was a member of the Clarksburg Baptist Church and the Women’s Society, and the Harrison County Senior Citizens.
