Anna Marie Kucsan, 87, of Whitehall, formerly of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at the VNA Hospice House of St. Luke’s in Lower Saucon Twp. She was the wife of the late Louis Kucsan who passed away in 2005. Born in Center Valley, she was the daughter of the late Aloysius and Anna (Miller) Holschwander. Anna was employed as a seamstress by Various Silk Mills in the Lehigh Valley for many years. She was a member of St. John’s Windish Lutheran Church in Bethlehem. Survivors: she will be lovingly remembered by her son Preston Kucsan and his wife Gail of Whitehall; daughters Priscilla Dubbs and her husband Ronald of Bath, Charmaine Zook and her husband Kerry of Chase Mills, NY; sisters Orletta Downey of Walnutport and Kathryn Sywensky Catasauqua; daughter-in-law Lisa Kucsan of Fountain Hill; 7 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sons Louis F.A . and Orrin and 4 sisters and 5 brothers.
