Anna Mae (Summers) Cain , 72, of Clarksburg, passed away Friday, March 11th, 2011 at United Hospital Center following an extended illness. Anna was born in Clarksburg on July 23rd, 1938, and was the the daughter of the late Elmis Summers and Lillie Ables Bailey, and her step-father Roy Bailey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Cain, Jr. She is survived by five children, Michael Summers and Debbie, Clarksburg, Carolyn Prescott and Kenneth, Fernandina Beach Fl., John Patrick Cain and Alice, Clarksburg, Albert Cain III and Helen, Clarksburg, and Anthony LeDoux and Maria, Chicago, Ill. She has 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving are three siblings; Ray Summers, Clarksburg, Helen Meadows, North Carolina, and Sharon Pratt, Weston. She left behind her dear friends Francis and Angie of Oliverio’s Grocery in Glen Elk, Rosemary and Jennifer Richison and companion Rusty Powers. She was proceeded in death by one sister, Louise Lemback. Anna loved to cook and enjoyed housekeeping. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, and she will be deeply missed.
