Anna J. Gross, 91, of Fountain Hill, died Sunday, January 4, 2015, at the VNA Hospice House of St. Luke’s in Lower Saucon Twp. She was the wife of the late Paul A. Gross, who died April 27, 2000. Born in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late Pearl Ulysses and Agnes (Richter) Danner. Anna worked as a seamstress for the former Wilgor Co., and then later was a caretaker for her mother for many years. She was a member of St. Ursula’s Catholic Church. She was also a former member of Women’s Guild of the Church, and the Golden Hillers. Surviving: daughter Dianne Piervallo and husband Eugene of Fountain Hill; grandchildren Gena DeLong and husband Chad and Todd Piervallo; 4 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-Law Annieliese Cygan of Coopersburg; brother John Danner of Allentown. She was predeceased by her son Bruce D. Gross on August 30, 1984.
