Anna Caroline Holtslander Anna Caroline Holtslander, 86, of Bristow, died Monday, November 7, 2016 in Charlottesville. Mrs. Holtslander was a member of Gainesville United Methodist Church and was a retired bookkeeper for Fairfax County. She enjoyed baking and sewing and delighted in time spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her children, James, Thomas (Terry), Richard (Carol), Barbara Ann and Robert Holtslander; grandchildren, Mindy (Cullen) Sheehan, Jesse (Alyssa) Holtslander, Nichole (Curtis) Dowdy, Alexzandra (Michael) Lee, Richard, Henry, and Mary Holtslander, Charles and Caroline Holtslander, James and Melissa Holtslander; great grandchildren, Carter and Aidan Sheehan, Liliana Holtslander, Eli and Amelia Dowdy and Trent and future brother Lee. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard in 2001. She was also predeceased by six brothers and one sister.
