Ann Williams Rion, 77, of Newnan, GA (formerly of Palatka, FL) passed away peacefully on Monday, January 03, 2011 after a long illness. Mrs. Rion was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother & great-grandmother. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed caring for and growing beautiful flowers. In the last few years of her life, she moved back to Newnan, GA to be close to her family. She took great joy in spending time with her great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, Fount H. Rion, Jr.; and son, Bobby Roger Maddox. Survivors include daughter, Barbara Maddox Ciulla & her husband Carl; granddaughter, Alice Coggin Bagley & her husband Ervin; grandsons, Drew Coggin & his wife Alexa, Fount H. Rion, IV, Todd Rion; sisters, Emogene Bone, Theo Capes; great-grandchildren, Clark Coggin, Lyla Grace Coggin, Erin Bagley, Austin Bagley; and special caregivers, Linda Mosemann and Mitzy Grant.
