Mrs. Ann G. Gilbert, age 75 of Milford, wife of her beloved and devoted husband of 25 years, Edward Gilbert, passed suddenly on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 in Milford Hospital.
Ann was born on March 5, 1933, in Bridgeport, the daughter of the late John and Anna Pauline Findorak Mino. Ann was a longtime resident of Milford and was a member and volunteer for the Milford Hospital Auxiliary for 25 years.
Besides her loving husband Edward, Ann is survived by her six children Anna Martone and her husband Anthony of East Haven, Patricia Ilioff and her husband Charles, Henry J. Gamble, Carol Brunn and her husband Jay all of Milford, James Gamble and his wife Lorraine of Middletown and Jeffery Gamble and his wife Christine of Milford, nine loving grandchildren and eleven cherished great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister Roseann Cipolla of Sandy Hook, a brother John Mino of St. Louis, MO, and her good friends Bob & Lois. She was predeceased by her 1st husband Henry H. Gamble, a grandson Marc Guastella and a brother Steven Mino.
