Colleen Butz, 78, of Lafayette, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at IU Health Arnett Hospital. She was born February 27, 1944, in Lafayette, IN, to the late Richard and Mary (Mitchell) Douglas.
Colleen graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1962. On February 8, 1964, she married David G. Butz in Lafayette and he survives.
Surviving along with her husband are her children Cheryl Butz and Michael Butz both of Lafayette and a brother Dennis (Penny) Douglas of OH. Also surviving are her sisters-in-law Gayla Douglas and Mary Douglas both of Lafayette. Colleen was preceded in death by brothers Jerry and Michael “Mick” Douglas.
