Angela Marie Bessinger Liljenquist
March 10, 1970 – December 28, 2013

On March 10th, 1970 Neil and Lynda Bessinger brought the gift of their youngest daughter Angie into the world.
Angie was an energetic child with an adventurous spirit. She made friends easily, loved her childhood pets, and had a vivid, creative mind. She developed a very spiritual soul and formed deep and solid bonds with her older sisters Jodi and Karla.
Angie never strayed from her home town of Brigham City, and on November 21, 1990 she brought her son, Justin Eric Hansen into the world. Then on January 12, 1994 she brought her son, Tanner Carl Bessinger into the world. Her sons were the center of her universe and she encouraged and supported them to follow their dreams and she was so very proud of them.
On October 2, 2010 she married her soulmate, Kevin R. Liljenquist in the mountains of Jackson Hole, WY. Angie and Kevin enjoyed riding their Harleys together and spending time outdoors. She was happy to have Kevin’s sons Casey and Carson in her life to love, and when Casey married his love, Taneil, on April 16, 2010 she felt like she now had a daughter. She also shared a very special bond with her cousin, Caleb Chadwick.
Angie had a huge heart. Her capacity for love was boundless and she brought joy to all of our lives. She was selfless, compassionate and loyal. She had a wonderful sense of humor and could bring laughter to any situation and her laugh will be one of the beautiful memories we will all hold dear in our hearts when thinking of her.
Angie was so gifted and creative. There wasn’t anything she couldn’t do once she put her mind to it and she took great joy in creating beautiful gifts to give to those she loved.
Angie also took great pride in her job of safely driving children to school and back to their homes. She loved those students as well and checked regularly on how the special needs students she drove in the first years of her career are doing now. She also enjoyed bringing treats for her young passengers on special occasions.
Although her death was fairly sudden and tragic, she was surrounded by her family who loved her. She was also able to fulfill her wish of being an organ donor.
Angie was bold, fearless and strong. She loved deeply, lived in the moment and was a hero in more of our lives than she ever imagined. She will be forever bonded in our hearts and souls.
Surviving Angie are her husband, Kevin R. Liljenquist; her sons, Justin Eric Hansen and Tanner Carl Bessinger; her parents, Neil and Lynda Bessinger; and her sister Karla (Tom) Engle.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Jodi (Mark) Cordingly.
