Angela M. Smith, nee Tapella, 63, of Shiloh, IL, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016. Angela was born on May 25, 1952 in St. Louis, MO. A loving wife, and mother, she was a very loyal member of the Shiloh Spring Valley Baptist Church and enjoyed spending her time reading, and had a heart for helping others which she showed through her job as a certified nursing assistant, in teaching Sunday school, and by singing in the church choir.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Jennie Tapella, nee Barbaglia, her brothers John Tapella, and Louis Tepella. Angela is survived by her husband Rex Smith of Shiloh, IL, her sons Shane Smith of Shiloh, IL, and Richard Smith (Shanna Knowles) of Lawrence KS her grandchildren Autumn Knowles, and Caitlynn Knowles, and many relatives, and friends.
