Andrew”Andy” R. Slampyak Andy passed away peacefully in hospice on April 18, 2022 due to complications from COVID and cancer. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Suzy; devoted daughter Kristine; precious grandchildren, Jesse and MacKenzie; and supportive sister, Carol. Preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Anne.
Andy was very proud of his accomplishments: he served 12 years in the Army Reserves, owned Rite Way Driving School for 15 years, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Governors State University.
