Andrew W. “Donuts” Demyan, Sr., 94, of Bethlehem Township died on Friday, October 10, 2014 in his home. He was the husband of Juanita (Ueberroth) Demyan for 67 years. Born on February 12, 1920 in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Andrew and Elizabeth (Polenchar) Demyan. Andrew served his country honorably with the U.S. Navy during WW II in the Pacific. He worked at Bethlehem Steel as a millwright for many years, until retiring in 1982. He was a member of Incarnation of Our Lord Parish, Bethlehem. He also held memberships with the F.O.E. #284, N.E. Wanderers, Heights A.A., the Moose Lodge and American Legion. Survivors: in addition to his loving wife, are sons, Steven and wife Justine of Clarence, PA; Louis and wife Kimberly; Andrew Jr. and wife Brenda all of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica, Jacalyn, Kelly, Andrew, Robert, Ann; great-grandchildren, Jilian, Greyson, Ashton, Rylee, Hunter. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Matilda, Elizabeth, Bertha, Helen, Mary and brothers, Nicholas and Joseph.
