Andrew M. Fisher, 92 of Jackson, NJ peacefully passed into eternity on Wednesday May 2, 2018 at Bartley Care Center, Jackson, NJ. Born in Paterson, NJ, he lived in Jersey City, Union City, and Manchester before settling in Jackson, NJ in 2001. Andy proudly served in the US Army Air Corp during WWII as a bomber gunner in the Pacific theatre.

He was a truck driver for over 40 years and a proud member of Teamsters Local 560. Afterward, he spent time as a limo driver. Andy was a member of the Jackson Senior Citizens Center. He loved cruising, billiards, bowling, professional hockey and college football; he was a regular at Rutgers home games. He was a member of the Finnegan’s Bowling League and valued these friends most of all. Andrew was preceded in death by his wife Theresa (Kukla) Fisher in 1983. Surviving are his loving children: Randy and his wife Julie of Ave Marie, FL; Gerard and his wife Nancy of Rutherford, NJ; Andrea (Fisher) Ballard and her husband David of Jackson, NJ; and Theresa (Fisher) Morris and her husband Richard of Monroe, NJ. Andy was blessed with eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
