Andrew G. Andy Hart, 82, of Peru, died December 18, 2006, at Manor Court, Peru, where he had been a resident for 8 months, following an extended illness.
He was born January 27, 1924 in LaSalle to Andrew and Kate (Weygand) Hart. He married Mary Piraino on September 5, 1953 in Holy Rosary Church, LaSalle. He served in the U. S. Army in WW II in the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre of Operations. He was a plumber and pipe fitter with Union Local 81, which later became Union Local 597. He was a member of St. Josephs Church, Peru, Pipe Fitter Local 597, and a life member of the LaSalle VFW.
He is survived by his wife Mary of Peru and 2 daughters: Judi Hart of Squaw Lake, Minnesota, and Nancy Hart of Tualatin, Oregon.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
