Andrea was born in Oxnard, California on July 22, 1965 to Wayola B. (Richardson) Mitchell and George Ramos Sevilla. She was a loving, beautiful person with an outgoing personality. Andrea’s love of her life were her two children Jeremy Russell, age 22, and Jazmine Russell, age 20.
Andrea was a lifelong resident of Oxnard. She attended and graduated from Channel Islands High School and later continued her education at Oxnard College, where she received her degree in Early Childhood Education. Andrea also had a love and passion for fashion and hair design. She received her cosmetology license immediately after high school. She then began a career as a professional hair design artist. She loved life and was a joy to be around. For the past ten years she was a self-employed Private Caregiver.
Andrea made her commitment to the Lord at an early age and was a gospel singer just for the love of it. We all know that for those whom she loved there were no limits. She was always there as a friend, companion and mediator. Our angel, Andrea, has been called home to be with the Lord.
We will all miss her dearly but she will live on in our hearts forever; especially Jeremy (son), Jazmine (daughter), Wayola Mitchell (mother), J.W. Mitchell (stepfather), V.J.
