Amey Lee Martin Hollowell, 93, died Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North MS in Oxford, MS..m….M. until service time..Born to the late Esker Floyd and Irene Williams Martin, Mrs. Hollowell was retired from the Big Yank Corporation in Water Valley, where she worked for 32 years. She was a lifetime member of Anchor Baptist Church and was an active participant in their Joyful Generations Quilting group. She was a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies’ Auxiliary Post 4100 in Water Valley. Mrs. Hollowell found great joy in working in her yard, watching hummingbirds and cooking.. She is survived by her son, George Hollowell and his wife, Mee Lee “Mary” of Water Valley, MS; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.. Hollowell’s memory may be made to Anchor Baptist Church, 1009 MS-7, Water Valley, MS 38965.
