Amanda Kristine Fielding, age 27, was born April 2, 1984 in Valdosta, Georgia, the daughter of Polly and Kenneth Fielding. She was a 2003 graduate of Rogers, Arkansas High School, and employed in the restaurant industry in both Arkansas and Florida. Amanda died December 24, 2011, at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, following a lengthy illness.
Amanda is survived by her father, Kenneth Fielding of Lowell, Arkansas, and mother, Polly Lynn Fielding of Richmond, Virginia, her half-brother, Robert S. Martin, and Grandmother, Sherry Merkle of Florida, and Grandparents, Cliff and Mavis Fielding of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by many extended family members and a host of friends that will miss her dearly.
