Alyce S. Stryker, 81, of Bloomington, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at the Bloomington Hospital. Born March 16, 1928 in St. Joseph, MO, she was the daughter of Meyer and Fanny (Gantman) Agranoff. Alyce was a member of The Congregation Beth Shalom. She had a BA of Sociology from Indiana University.
She was a member of Tri Kappa, and an avid golfer.
Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Sheldon Stryker of Bloomington, one daughter, Robin Stryker of Tucson, AZ; four sons, Jeffery Stryker of Edmonton, Alberta; David Stryker of Morristown, NJ; Michael Stryker of Macomb, IL; and Mark Stryker of Plymouth, MI; and six grandchildren, Joshua, Alyssa, Joseph, Hannah, Emily, and Samuel Stryker. Alyce was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Leo Agranoff, and a sister, Lillian Gale.
