Alvin (Paca) Bohman, 90, a life-long Troy resident, died of natural causes, Saturday, March 28, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. Alvin was born September 11, 1924 in Troy, Idaho to Johan Gustaf (Olsson) Bohman and Hilma Alida Westberg Bohman. He grew up on the family farm on Little Bear Ridge. He attended grade school at Little Bear Ridge Schoolhouse just east of Camps Canyon Road and graduated from Troy High School in 1942. His passion for agriculture was exhibited by being one of the first chapter members of the Troy Future Farmers of America which was started in 1938.
