Alvin Wayne Crabtree (67) of Tokio, Arkansas left his earthly home on Friday, March 19th, 2021 at his home. He was born March 16, 1954 in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. He was the second son born to the late JD and Louella Crabtree. Alvin was a Truck Driver whose career started at the ripe old age of 18. He drove for numerous companies throughout his life. The last company that he drove for was JM Bozeman out ofMalvern Arkansas until his health forced his retirement. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Lloyd Crabtree and wife Della Crabtree and recently Clay Crabtree. 

Alvin leaves behind son Justin and wife Jessilyn Crabtree of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, son Matthew and wife Brittney Crabtree of Tokio, Arkansas, daughter Candice and husband Chris Cox of Sweet Home, Arkansas, and daughter Brandy and husband Bill Vaughn of Dierks, Arkansas. He leaves behind 14grandchildren; Jacob O’Neal (fiancé Lillian Supko), Cameron Crabtree (fiancé Anna Smith), Logan Crabtree, Benjamin O’Neal, Colton Cox, Katelyn Ewing, Jared Crabtree, Karsyn Archer-Cox, Tyler Cox, Abigail Vaughn, Jaxson Crabtree, Jase Crabtree, Braxton Crabtree, and Adalynn Crabtree. He also leaves behind sister Shirley and husband Larry Stanford of Rusk, Texas, Robert Lee and wife Charlotte Crabtree of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, his baby sister Debbie Miller-Tucker of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, and the mother of his children, Patricia McCauley-Crabtree as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends. 

Alvin was one of a kind. He would help anyone at any time and often brought things home from his hauls that he had “bought” to help fellow drivers out of a bind. If Alvin wasn’t on the road, he could be found setting at his table or on the porch with a cold beer in his hand. He loved his family fiercely and really enjoyed spending time with his grandkids since his retirement. 

Pall Bearers will be Brandon Ellis, Raymond Ellis, Tony Fatherree, Lil Charlie Morrow, Braden Nutt, and Jason O’Neal. Honorary Pall Bearers are Claude Ellis and Brian Hill.
