Alvin “Al” Orman Pearman, age 77, of Birmingham, was born on June 29, 1943 in Blount County, AL and passed away on July 31, 2020 in Birmingham, AL. Mr. Pearman was a lifelong resident of Jefferson County. He had attended Tarrant High School. He was a master craftsman and worked most of his life as a carpenter in the Birmingham area. He was a member of the American Legion Post #113 Tarrant, Alabama and Post #255 Fultondale, Alabama. He enjoyed all types of sports. He had even coached his sons and nephew in baseball. However, his great love was Alabama Crimson Tide Football. Mr. Pearman is predeceased by his parents, Marlin Orman Pearman and Mae Bell (Logan) Pearman; his grandparents, F.O. and Lela Pearman and Josh and Lula Logan. He is survived by his two sons, Barry Glen Pearman (Dory) of Mt. Olive, Alabama and Brian Keith Pearman (Lisa) of Argo, Alabama; his two brothers, Jimmy Pearman (Judy) of Alabaster, Alabama and Sidney Pearman (Donna) of Columbia, Tennessee; his life companion, Mary Gibson of Robinwood, Alabama; the mother of his children, Janice Pearman of Mt. Olive, Alabama; six grandchildren, Barry Glen Pearman, Jr. , Brooke Nation (Colby), Stanley Pearman (Kali), Jessica Ball (Mike), Taylor Pearman, Abbie Pearman; eight great-grandchildren, Natalie Ball, Logan Ball, Jaxon Ball, Allie Pearman, Anderson Pearman, Ambry Pearman, S J Pearman, Rosa Lee Pearman.
