Alma May Hershman, 80, of Wallace passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at United Hospital Center. She was born February 23, 1928, in Shinnston WV., the daughter of the late Lonnie Richards and Frances Taylor Richards. She is survived by three step daughters Carol Maxey of Bridgeport, Sandra Walker of Clarksburg, and Joyce Owen of Middleton, VA; Several grandchildren and several great grandchildren; Two special friends with whom she made her home, Bob and Judy Luchuck of Wallace. Two sisters Ruth Dennison and her husband Roger of Wallace; and Ada Winkler Garland of Charlotte NC; and special friends Bob and Judy Luchuck. Ms. Hershman was preceded in death by her first husband Raymond William and her second husband Kenneth Hershman who passed away in 2003. She was also preceded in death by four sisters, Gertie Williams, Eleanor Burns, Mary Butcher and Dorothy Smith; two brothers Orville Richards and Raymond Richards. Mrs. Hershman was a member of the Folsom Pentecostal Church and loved to do craft work, especially quilting.
