Mr. Riley was born to the late Philip and Betty Smock Riley in Lewis County on January 22, 1950. He had worked as a general laborer.
Survivors include his wife Deborah Hicks Riley; children: James (Nancy) Riley, Opal (Randy Helton) Roland, Mary (Dewey) Jimison, Robert (Rebecca) Riley and Harold (Amanda Jones) Riley; siblings; Myrtle Brown & Floyd “Bucky” Riley; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Howard Riley.
