Allan Dwight Pehrson, 64, passed away in his home in Manassas, Virginia on Thursday, March 22, 2018. Allan was born in sunny Honolulu, Hawaii on July 27, 1953 to loving parents Val and Audie (Casey) Pehrson. He was the younger brother of Chad (August 15, 1948) and Brett (January 18, 1950), and eventual older brother to Sharon (December 30, 1954) and Evan (August 25, 1958). The Pehrson family moved to Loveland, Colorado in 1962, where Allan grew up and resided until moving to the DC metro area to serve in The Old Guard in 1973. It was here that he met his wife, Janet (Becker), whom he married January 31, 1991 in McLean, Virginia. Allan was a passionate hairstylist for over four decades, whose many regular clients loved and trusted him to make them look their best. As a stylist, he supported his two favorite things, his family and golf. Janet and Allan raised their two beautiful daughters, Casey and Natalee, and their myriad of pets, at their home in Manassas. Allan’s beloved memory and sense of humor live on in his brother Evan, sister Sharon, daughters Casey and Natalee, nieces and nephews Nora, Nicholas, Val, Trevor, Travis, Kali, Valerie, and Matthew, and his dearest grand-pup, Lexie. He was preceded in death by his brothers Chad and Brett, parents Val and Audie, his wife, Janet, and beloved grand-pup, Klaus.
