MARI ALISSA WATERS, a resident of Crescent City, Florida, died unexpectedly on March 4th, 2021 at the age of 31.
Alissa was born on September 26, 1989, and grew up in Crescent City and Palatka. She also lived in Gainesville and Geneva before returning to Crescent City. Alissa loved art and music. She had a seemingly effortless sense of style and dreamed of becoming an interior designer and personal stylist. Alissa also loved trying new recipes in the kitchen and spending time at the springs with friends and family.
She is survived by her mother, Anna Swanson; her sisters, Kristen (Craig) Pegler, Jennifer (Sean) Guillette, Emily (Brad) Taylor; her niece, Violet Pegler, and nephew, Logan Guillette; her stepmother, Jena Waters, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Waters, and grandparents, Buddy and Nettie Waters and Stanley and Mary Swanson.
