She worked in the acounting dept. for th former New York Dept. Store in Pascoag. Survivors include, Sons James Herard of Woonsocket, Joseph Herard of Harrisville, and William Herard of Plantation, Fla., 7 granchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Sister of the late Margaret Paul, Beatrice Connealy, and Francis and William Connealy.
