Alice Miller Tabor, 94, passed away August 2, 2014 in Canon City, CO. She was born in Gilpin County Colorado on February 23, 1920 to John and Metta (Petersen) Gulliksen. Alice married Ed Miller on August 8, 1936 and to this union, 4 children were born. He preceded her in death in 1969. She owned and operated Miller’s Assisted Living for over 50 years. In 1986, Alice was united in marriage to Charles B. Tabor; he preceded her in death in 1991. Mrs. Tabor is survived by her children, Florence (Gary) Wills, Arvin Miller, David (Ellen) Miller, Linda (Jim) Mather, and Clarence Miller; fifteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and fifteen great-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her three sisters; and two brothers.
