COLEBROOK -WALDO – Alice M. Waldo, 73, of Campbell Road, passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2006. She was the loving wife for 51 years of the late Theodore E. Waldo Jr. who passed away in 2004. Born October 20, 1932 in Stamford, CT; the daughter of the late Horace and Sara (Harrison) Belcher. She owned and operated Montgomery Wards for several years. She loved knitting which she was known for often donating her goods to various charities. She leaves three daughters, Linda McManus of Winsted, Marilyn Goulet and her husband David of Winsted and Pamela Martin and her husband Russell of East Granby; three grandchildren, Terri LaCasse and her husband Jeff of Tolland, MA, Shannon Mastrangelo and her husband John of Enfield and Rebecca Roy and her husband Chris of Colebrook; a sister, Sally Bauer; two close nephews, Andrew and Rennie; especially her close great grandson who kept her going this past year, Jack Mastrangelo and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a brother, James Belcher; and a sister, Nancy Belcher.
