Alice L. Taylor, age 91 of Sycamore, Ohio died at 3:25 A.M., Sunday, May 31, 2020 at home. She was born on November 28, 1928 in Delta County, Texas to Paul and Cleo (Turner) Riddle. Alice was married three times; first to A.J. Hooten, then to Glen May, and then to Tad Taylor. They all preceded her in death.                                                                                                     

Surviving are the following children, Kay (Dan) Kenner, Sycamore, Ohio, Danny Hooten, Sycamore, Ohio and Judy Hooten, Sycamore, Ohio. She has two grandchildren, Jeff (Krista) Kenner and Melissa (Scott) Johnson. Surviving are six great-grandchildren, Chase, Alex and Cheyanne Kenner, Kane, Kohl and Kolin Johnson plus eight great-great-grandchildren and four half sisters surviving. She was preceded in death by one great-great-grandchild, Koda Johnson, three brothers, her husbands, and parents.                                                         

Alice was employed for many years with the V.A. Hospitals in Bonham and Big Spring, Texas. She moved from Texas to Sycamore, Ohio in 1997 and was employed with the Wyandot County Council on Aging as manager for the Senior Center of Sycamore.                                                                                                                                      

For hobbies, Alice loved to paint and at one time belonged to the Fannin County Art Association. She also loved genealogy and belonged to several clubs over the years. Alice loved to go arrowhead hunting, fishing and every year going to Max’s Water Dog Races and Flea Markets. She especially loved to spend time with her family. They would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers.
