She was preceded in death by her father E.M. Hethcoat and her loving husband of more than 35 years Donald Lamar Gibson.
Survivors are her son Scott (Lana) Gibson of Ringgold, Donald ( Amy) Gibson of Ringgold and Mike( Barbara) Gibson of Dayton, TN, mother Naomi Hixson Bowman of Dayton, TN, brother Joe Hethcoat of Scottsboro, Alabama, sister Linda ( Roy) Hanks of Dayton, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
