Alfred Peter Antonelli, 78, of Bethlehem, died on Saturday evening, December 22, 2007. He was the husband of Barbara (Dever) Antonelli. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in October 2007. Alfred was the son of late Alfred and Elena (Loschi) Antonelli. He graduated from Liberty High School, Franklin & Marshall College and Dickenson School of Law. He began his practice of law as a partner in the law firm of Antonelli & Heffner. He later was a partner in the law firm of Kolb, Holland, Antonelli and Heffner. He retired to California, in 1988, and opened a business named Biscotti di Alfredo, making biscotti and chocolates. After moving back to Bethlehem in 1998, he completed the Culinary Arts Program at Northampton Community College and enjoyed a number of years in the bakery department of Wegmans baking bread. He loved to cook and bake for family and friends and enhanced his skills at cooking programs in Switzerland and Italy. He had many interests including travel, golfing, motorcycles, skiing, boating, hunting and fishing. He was a former member of the Saucon Valley School Board and the Board of the Blind Assoc. of Bethlehem. Survivors: In addition to his wife Barbara are a son, Alfred P. Antonelli, Jr. and his wife Tina of Danielsville; daughter Julia Antonelli and son Timothy Patrick Antonelli, both of California; brother Silvio Antonelli and grandchildren Dylan, Aszur, Timothy, Alfred III, Anthony, Isabella and Matthew.
