Alfred was the loving father of Alfred DeFelice, Jr. and his wife Karen, and Diane Gibbons and her husband Michael. He was blessed with two grandchildren Kathleen Donnelly and her husband Paul, and Kerrie-Ann Gillis and her husband Tom, as well as two great grandchildren Victoria Donnelly and John Gillis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great friends from Plymouth Commons. Before settling down and making a career and family, Alfred served his country in the United States Army Air Corps during WWII. He was assigned to the 430th Army Air Base Unit as a Second Lieutenant, piloting B24 4 engine bomber planes. He was honored as the grand marshal in the Plymouth Veterans Day parade. Following the war, Alfred made his career as a district manager for Cummings. After retirement, he enjoyed traveling with his wife Ida, most memorably to Italy. Alfred loved golfing, and always spent his Monday nights playing poker at Plymouth Commons.
