Alfred “Chip” Wall, Jr., 52, of Butner, died Sunday morning July 15, 2007 at Durham Regional Hospital surrounded by his loving family and two special friends, Joseph Thompson and Julia Smith. He was born in Albany, GA, the son of Alfred E. Wall, Sr. and Hazel Edwards Wall.
Chip was preceded in death by his father, Master Sergeant Alfred E. Wall, Sr.; a sister Theresa Rogers and his grandparents, G.B. and Marcus Wall. He lived in Augusta, GA until moving to Butner where he looked after his grandparents until their deaths. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
