Alfonso Dejesus, Jr., 45, of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday, December 30th surrounded by his family at Middlesex Hospital. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Amado Alfonso Dejesus and Rosa Maria (Camacho) Dejesus of Middletown. Alfonso was an avid Yankee fan and a good Christian man. Besides his mother, he is survived by two sons, Alfonso Andrew Dejesus and Allen Michael Dejesus, both of Middletown; a daughter, Destiny Dejesus of New London; two brothers, Julio Dejesus and Jose Dejesus, both of Middletown; four sisters, Miriam Robles of Middletown, Gladys Torres of Middletown, Norma Baez of Manchester and Rosa Elba Dejesus of Hartford and many nieces and nephews. Besides his father, he was predeceased by a brother, William Dejesus and a sister, Margaret Adorno Dejesus.
