Alexandria Hailey “Muffy” Rau, age 22 years of Kingston, died Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at her home, after being stricken suddenly. She was the daughter of Laura (Mortberg) Rau of Kingston and Keith Rau of Duxbury. Born on October 23, 1996, in Weymouth, she was educated at Scituate High School and Plymouth West School. She was currently being trained at the Day Program at Archways in Plymouth. Alexandria was a joy to be with. Her smile was infectious, and her hugs will forever be remembered by anyone who was fortunate enough to get one. She enjoyed life and everything it had to offer. Some of Alexandria’s favorite activities were, drawing, sewing at the sewing machine with her mother, shopping, dining, talking on the phone, going for walks and exercise, having Papa Gino’s pizza, bowling, the arcades, her dolls, playing cards, puzzles, singing and listening to music, especially adoring country music, and wearing all her beautiful jewelry. She spent weekends helping her Nana Lois at her home. Besides her mother devoted Laura and her loving father Keith, she is survived by her brother Jonathan Rau of Duxbury, her sister Bridgette Rau of Duxbury, her grandmothers, Lois Mortberg of Plymouth and Margie Riley of Florida. She also leaves her aunt Sue Bronson and her husband Mark, and uncles, Michael “Porka” Riley and his wife Lisa and their children , Tim Riley, Brianna Riley, Ryan Riley and Jake Riley, Steven Witt and his children Sheera Witt, Heidi Witt Ashner and Matthew Witt. She was the great niece of James Stuart and his wife Terri and children James Stuart, Dawn Nicole Smith and Kelly Baldwin, Sandy Gougen and her daughter Janelle Gougen, cousins Keith Kent, Eddie and Eric Stuart, and was the loving girlfriend of Patrick Berry.
